As a champion of making her local community a better place to live, Donna Tilley devoted her volunteer time to the community surrounding her home. This included the Vancouver City Heritage Foundation, Everett Crowley Park Committee, and as the co-chair of the Champlain Heights Community Association
William Kennedy Scholarship 2022 Recipients
