Kindergarten to Grade 7

Out of School Care operates at Champlain Heights Community Centre.

Drop-off to and pick-up from Captain James Cook Elementary School, Champlain Heights Community Elementary School & Champlain Heights Annex. Supervision is provided to and from school. Our program offers a variety of enjoyable activities including arts and crafts, board games, gym time and outdoor play in a safe, positive and nurturing environment. We provide a light breakfast in the morning and an after school snack.

Program schedule:
Before Care: 7:30am – 9:00am (School drop off time)
After Care: 3:00pm (School pick up time) – 6:00pm

Our staff will pick up children for early dismissal as required by the school (with no extra cost). Professional Development (Pro-D) Days are not included in the monthly fees; parents must
register and pay separately for this service which operates from 9:00am to 3:00pm ($50/day).

2026-2027 Fees

*Spring & winter breaks are not included in the monthly fees.

*These fees DO NOT reflect the discounted ministry approved child care fee reduction initiative (CCFRI). Final fees may slightly decrease.

Please Note: To withdraw from the Out-of-School Care program you must give one month’s written notice, or pay the next month’s fee in lieu of notice. The deposit for the June fee is non-refundable. No withdrawals will be given after December 1st of the school year.
