Honouring the Legacy of Donna Tilley 1949 – 2002
As a champion of making her local community a better place to live, Donna Tilley devoted her volunteer time to the community surrounding her home. This included the Vancouver City Heritage Foundation, Everett Crowley Park Committee, and as the co-chair of the Champlain Heights Community Association
This scholarship money is given to two students who have been involved in activities as either a volunteer or leader at Champlain Heights Recreation Centre, or Community Centre and demonstrates leadership and exceptional citizenship in the community.
