Licensed Child Care (8:00 AM-6:00 PM) This activity is your one-stop shop for all Weekend Child Care options! Simply select the date(s) you need and register for all of them in a single transaction! Registration Process 1. Click Enroll Now. 2. Select your childs name from the drop-down menu.3. Select the dates you would like to register for.4. Click Estimate Fees and then Next to proceed to payment. Use the drop-down arrow to confirm that all desired activities are included.5. Click Checkout. You will be charged for all selected dates in one transaction.Join us for a fun-filled day!A light breakfast, a morning snack, and an afternoon snack will be provided. Please pack a nutritious lunch and a water bottle for your child.Important: For all off-site activities, completed and signed field trip forms (provided by the Out of School Care Manager) are mandatory. Our Weekend Child Care Day runs from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Drop-off is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Pick-up is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.New ParticipantsIf your child is not currently enrolled in Champlain Heights Out-of-School Care (OSC) or has not attended any of our Licensed Child Care Programs within the past year, please provide (at least 3 days before the start of the program): A copy of their immunization record. A current photo. All required licensing forms The forms will be emailed to you after you register for the activity.If we do not receive these documents before the program starts, your child may not be permitted to attend.Registration & Fees: The Weekend Child Care fee is $65 per days Kindergarten CCFRI Subsidy – $16/day Grade 1+ CCFRI Subsidy – $5.75/dayPlease contact the Community Centre Front Desk to arrange your subsidy refund.Cancellation Policy: Weekend Child Care fees are refundable when a minimum of one months notice is provided. Cancellations made with less than one months notice are non-refundable.
