
Our Kids Dutch Kickboxing program is an engaging, high-energy class designed to help young athletes ages 9-12 build confidence, develop assertiveness, and learn practical martial arts skills. Students improve their fitness and discipline while having fun! This is a light to non-contact class that emphasizes technique, sportsmanship, and teamwork. It?s designed to help kids enhance coordination and develop foundational defensive skills through play in a safe, supportive environment. No previous experience is needed to get started!
