IN PERSON: Payment can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX

The Vancouver Recreation Registration portal has been upgraded to provide a better customer experience.
Quick tips for registration
Before registration day:
- Create an account or test your login and password.
- Find registration dates under the Registration Tips quick links on the Register for Activities page.
- Add activities to your wish list by clicking the heart icon on the right-hand side of the activity box.
- Make sure all family members are added to your account by clicking on Manage Family Members.
- Check that your payment method information is up-to-date in the Saved Credit Cards section.
Program Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds
Programs and fees are subject to change without notice. We encourage everyone to register early to avoid cancellations of changes due to insufficient registration.
A $4.00 administration fee per program, per person will be charged for all program refunds, unless the program is cancelled by the Community Centre.
Refund requests must be received by phone or in-person to the front office during operational hours with the required notice as outlined below.
Regular weekly programs (exceptions are noted below): a prorated refund less the admin fee will be provided if requested up to 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled second session, will be charged for the first session and the admin fee. No refunds thereafter.
One-day sessions and events, workshops or bus trips: a full refund less the admin fee will be provided if requested at least 7 calendar days before the program start date. No refunds thereafter.
Week-long programs (such as day camps): a full refund less the admin fee will be provided if requested at least 8 calendar days before the program start date. No refunds thereafter.
Birthday Parties and Room Rentals: a full refund less the admin fee will be provided if requested at least 14 calendar days before the party start date. No refunds thereafter.
10 usage or monthly aerobic passes: no refunds available.
