Drawing on aspects of both martial arts and rhythmic gymnastics, ancient Chinese secrets are explained in simple language and with hands-on experiments and practices. Improve your body and mind’s adaptability to different situations. This class will not make you fighters. Neither are you labored with memorization of forms. You will gain mobility, balance, adaptability and discover new ways of using as well as protecting yourself.The class goes beyond mirroring an instructor’s movements.
