Aerobics: seniors’ Multi-FITT

This exercise program is designed to improve fitness levels, heart health and assist participants in achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight. This 60 minute multi-activity class is structured to enhance cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal health in older adults by combining walking techniques, step coordination, resistance training, balance and stability and flexibility training.
