This multi-activity class is designed to improve and maintain heart health, and assist participants in achieving and maintaining a healthy body weight. It will also aid them in gaining strength, stability and flexibility. Activities include: walking techniques & agility, coordination to music, functional strength & balance exercises and stretching.
