To vote in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) one must obtain a voting membership 30 days prior to the meeting.
The Champlain Heights Community Association (CHCA) Board of Directors is a group of dedicated volunteers who oversee both programming and budgeting at Champlain Heights Community Centre.
The Association has stewardship of Everett Crowley Park as well as numerous other South East Vancouver parks and has an active park committee – the Everett Crowley Park Committee.
Community centres in Vancouver are jointly managed by civic government, the Park Board, and associations, and are governed by a Joint Operating Agreement.
The Association welcomes community-minded people to join our committees and Board of Directors and help develop great programming for our neighbourhood.
