Kickboxing (19+ yrs)

Kickboxing is an aerobic, cardio & conditioning exercises. Students will learn movements of various kicking and punching techniques on soft punching bags and gloves coaching by the instructor. Students are recommended to use boxing gloves during class which can be purchased through instructor, wear loose clothing and will be training in bare feet.
