Vancouver Park Board Open House Champlain Heights Playground Renewal The Park Board is upgrading playgrounds in Champlain Heights. The community currently has three playgrounds that need to be replaced. A local landscape architecture rm has been hired to redesign the playground at Champlain Heights Community Centre and to assess the condition of the other playgrounds.
